Site work for a water / sewer project in Brandon, Mississippi. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project includes but is not limited to the installation of approximately 1,000 linear feet of 10" C-900 water main, 2 gate valves, 2 fire hydrants, 2 cold taps, and all other associated work required to complete the project as shown and specified in the plans and contract documents. Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the INTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS. Attorneys-in-fact who sign Bid Bonds, Payment Bonds or Performance Bonds must file with each bond a certified and effective dated copy of their Power of Attorney. The Contract Time is Sixty (60) consecutive calendar days with liquidated damages being Five Hundred Dollars ($500) per calendar day thereafter The DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined at the following locations: 1. City of Brandon, 1000 Municipal Drive, Brandon, MS 39042 2. Benchmark Engineering & Surveying, LLC, 101 Highpointe Court, Suite B, Brandon, MS 39042 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be directed in writing or via email to Engineer (bknight@benchmarkms.net).
