**As of July 15, 2025, the project was awarded to Shelly and Sands, Inc, with an awarded amount of $1,543,535.59.** Highway Paving Project Number: Issue 2.039 Program: Columbiana County Multi-Highway Paving Road Name: Various County & Township Roads Maintenance Type: Hot-Mix Paving Only electronic bids will be accepted for this project. Columbiana County has implemented the online as the official depository for bid submittal. In the case of disruption of communications or loss of services by Bid Express within 2 hours prior to the deadline for submission of bids, the County shall delay the deadline for the bid submissions to ensure the ability of potential bidders to submit bid If this occurs, instructions will be communicated to potential bidders. All Contractors must be ODOT prequalified at the time of bid, award and for the duration of construction. The Ohio Department of Employment Services, Wage and Hour Division, prevailing wage rate policy shall be strictly adhered to.
