All bids must be sealed and marked on the outside 2025 Aquatic Vegetation Control and be delivered to the office of Mr. Nick Lawler, LWD, 39 Ayer Road, Littleton, MA 01460 at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read. An electronic copy of the bid must be included via USB stick. LWD reserves the right to reject any and all bids received. 30B, the Littleton Water Department (LWD) invites sealed bids from qualified contractors for mechanical aquatic vegetation management services at Spectacle Pond, Long Pond, Forge Pond, and Doleful Pond as more particularly described in LWDs specifications. These ponds are located in Littleton, MA 01460. The successful bidder will be awarded a one (1) year contract. Prices and the conditions of the contract shall remain firm during the contract term. Question deadline - 25 June 2025 Questions regarding the IFB should be in writing and delivered via email to: Matthew Silverman, msilverman@lelwd.com. questions must be received by LWD at least five (5) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of Bids.
