Littleton High School Flooring Replacement The Littleton School Department solicits sealed bids for the removal and replacement of approx 5,200 sq ft of VCT tile flooring at Littleton High School, 56 King Street, Littleton, MA. Alternative Linoleum Tile replacement material must be approved by the Littleton Public Schools, however preference will be given to the MCT Essentials pr oduct as per attachment A. Other Manufacturers include Forbo Flooring, Gerflor USA, Tarkett Inc, or other better or equal products. Preference will be for MCT Essentials products Description of Project Scope and Services The Littleton School Department will accept bids for removal, preparation, installing a moisture mitigation product in hallway certain areas, approx 1200 ft sq of ongrade, slab surface areas located in the Foreign Language wing of LHS,and replacement of approx 5,200 sq ft of VCT flooring in hallway spaces with a Linoleum Tile Product at Littleton High School. See Floor Plans attached. Contractors are responsible for taking any space measurements and verifying total square footage and required materials.
