Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Littleton, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The scope of work includes the following items: Construction of a new roadway including, parking lot demolition, earthwork, new drainage infrastructure, new sewer infrastructure, new water main, underground electric infrastructure, curbing, full depth pavement, concrete sidewalks, pavement markings, signage, lighting, landscaping, and other incidental work. Question Deadline 12/13/2024 Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to Ryan Ferrara, Assistant Town Administrator/Director of Finance and Budget Contractor Qualification Highway Division Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Each General Bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 5% of the General Bid. Form of bid security shall either be Cash, Certified Check or a Treasurers Cashiers Check issued by a responsible bank or trust company, payable to the Town of Littleton or a Bid Bond in accordance with the Bid documents. Bidders shall appear on the list of prequalified contractors provided by the Massachusetts Department of Transportation.
