Construction of a 500,000-gallon Spheroid Style Steel Water Tower and All Piping, Fittings, Appurtenances and Valves. The Ground Floor of the Tower Will Be Used as a Control Room. Project Includes All Site Work, Yard Piping, Culverts, Gravel Surfaced Access Road and Parking Area; All Mechanical, Electrical and Control Equipment Necessary to Provide a Fully Functioning Facility; Temporary and Permanent Erosion Control, Reclamation and Seeding; Reservoir and Pipe Cleaning, Flushing, Hydrostatic Pressure Testing and Disinfection; and Cleanup, Startup Services, and All Other Miscellaneous Work Required Not Herein Mentioned but Inferred From the Construction Contract Documents. Document Notes: Prospective Bidders May Obtain or Examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office. Upon a Non-refundable Payment of $75.00, Including Applicable Taxes and Fees, a Paper Copy of Bidding Documents May Be Obtained.
