Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Luverne, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the demolition of a one-story above grade municipal facility.
Purpose: The Minnesota Department of Administration, on behalf of the Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs (MDVA), requests bids for the removal of eight flagpoles in front of the Minnesota Veterans Home - Luverne, located at 1300 North Kniss Avenue, Luverne, MN 56156, and the furnishing and installation of nine new flagpoles per Exhibit C of the Sample Contract. Instructions: A mandatory site visit must be scheduled in advance by the responder. All site visits must be conducted by October 9. Responders must contact designated staff to schedule and must attend the site visit prior to submitting a response. Responses from those who did not attend will be rejected. Any questions or clarifications regarding the solicitation must be submitted in writing to the buyer via email by the specified deadline. Responders discovering any significant ambiguity, error, or deficiency in the request must notify the buyer in writing and request modification or clarification. Responders are not to contact anyone within any other state agency regarding this solicitation.
