High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) carrier pipe joining shall be accomplished using an authorized butt fusion welding machine preheated to the correct pipe temperature for fusion welding. Required Insurance if Awarded: Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, Workers' Compensation, Pollution Liability, Equipment Floater, and Builder's Risk Insurance will be required. Riggers Insurance will be required if a crane is used.
