Washoe County Purchasing is currently accepting sealed bids for CUSTODIAL SERVICES FOR HIGH SECURITY HOMELESS SERVICES FACILITIES; OUR PLACE CAMPUS, CARES CAMPUS AND SAFE CAMP on behalf of the Operations Division of the Washoe County Community Services Department. For the purpose of this Request for Proposal "RFP", service shall be provided for the High Security Facilities at the frequencies outlined in Attachment D-TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS. The areas to be serviced under this contract shall include all finished interior square footage of the facility excluding mechanical rooms, unoccupied areas, elevator rooms, data rooms, patios and mechanical plants. ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS/RESPONDENTS ARE HEREBY CAUTIONED NOT TO CONTACT ANY MEMBER OF THE WASHOE COUNTY STAFF OR OFFICIALS OTHER THAN THE SPECIFIED CONTACT PERSON. Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation.
