The existing school shall be demolished after the new school is constructed. The construction of a new playground shall be completed after the old school is demolished. The Awarded Contractor shall provide infrastructure and space allocation only for future photovoltaic system including, but not limited to, provisions for system interconnection in the main service entrance, conduit from the main electrical room B124M to the second-floor electrical room B203M, and conduits from the electrical room B203M to the roof array locations. In addition, the Awarded Contractor shall test the radio signal strength inside the building after the shell is completed (including roof, walls, doors and windows) to determine if an Emergency Responder Radio Communications System will be required.
