Description

Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Reno, Nevada. Conceptual plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and water / sewer project.

The Reno-Sparks Indian Colony, in accordance with Tribal procedures, is seeking proposals from design firms to produce and provide related service for plans, specifications and engineers estimate (PS&E) for demolition of the buildings, utility infrastructure and other structures located in Reno, Nevada; more specifically, Washoe County Assessor Parcel No. 012-302-14, 012-302-16, 012-302-15 and 012-304-01.
