Renovation of an educational facility in Janesville, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of June 24, 2025. Project is not yet awarded, no anticipated award date yet. General: 1) Plumbing Contractor Shall Be Responsible for Coordinating Required Gas Shutdown for Replacement of Pressure Regulator With Btc. Existing Gas Line Serves Water Heaters and Kitchen Equipment on the First Floor. Shut Off Valve Shall Be Installed Upstream of New Regulator to Isolate Water Heaters From Kitchen Equipment. A) Existing Natural Gas Upstream of Regulator to Be Replaced is 1 to Remain. 2) Contractor Shall Coordinate Required Hot Water Shutdown With Btc. 3) Existing Drawings Indicate That Multiple Circuit Setting Valves Exist Within the First Floor for Balancing of Hot Water Return. Circuit Setters Should Not Require Adjustment Within the Scope of Work. Existing Drawings Can Be Provided to Contractor Upon Reward if Necessary.
