As of July 10, 2025, the project has been awarded to Vestal Asphalt with the awarded amount of $106,456.76. 6,704 GAL Prime Coat, In Place 22,346 SY of Asphalt Surface Treatment All materials must meet PennDOT Publication 408 Specifications and Standards. Bidders must be prequalified and must supply proof of prequalification. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price within 20 days of the award of the contract. Bridgewater Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or portions thereof, and to delete projects and or portions of the project depending on budgetary constraints and also to waive any technicalities deemed to be in the best interested of the Township.
