This solicitation is for dirt road shaping and dust palliative services for Susquehanna County (East). Reshape approx. 28 miles of unpaved roads in the spring and then approx. 10 miles of reshaping in the fall. This includes all actions such as scarifying, grading, shaping, and compacting to restore cross section, or eliminate corrugations and potholes. Failure to comply with the deadline in this statement of work (All roads shaped and sprayed by June 1st of the contract Fiscal Year. The contract will commence on July 1st and conclude on June 30th of the following year, aligning with the Fiscal Year.) will result in $500 dollars in liquidated damages being assessed per working day until all work is complete. Duration: 1 Year Delivery Location: 18786 State Route 706 Susquehanna County Montrose Pa 18801 This bid solicitation has been reserved for Small Business Contracting. Only those Bidders certified as DGS Small Businesses through the Small Business Contracting Program may submit a bid for these services.
