Demolition and site work for a residential development in Underhill, Vermont. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
This project consists of demolition, disposal, and required site work for the following property: 12 Dumas Road, Underhill, VT, consisting of a single-family residence with attached garage and two small sheds. All work on the project, as a whole, must be completed by June 30, 2025 unless a extension is granted and once a notice to proceed is given. The Town of Underhill reserves the right at its sole discretion to reject any and all bids, wholly or in part, to waive any informalities or any irregularities therein, to accept any bid even though it may not be the lowest bid, to call for rebids, to negotiate with any bidder, and to make an award which in its sole and absolute judgment will best serve the Town's interest. The Town Administrator reserves the right to investigate the financial responsibility of any bidder to determine his or her ability to ensure service throughout the term of the contract.
