The City of Bradenton (City) is seeking bids to provide various road construction materials. It is the specific purpose of this bid to establish a conditional contract for the required products and to secure the cost and availability of the requirements for procurement from sources of supply that will give prompt and convenient service. Question Submission Deadline: June 23, 2025, 4:00pm The initial term of this contract will be one (1) year with four (4) one year options. No pre-bid meeting is scheduled for this procurement. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Offers, in whole or in part, for any reason whatsoever, to waive minor irregularities and technicalities, and to request clarifications or additional information from Offerors. The City reserves the right to accept all or any part of the Offer and to increase or decrease quantities to meet additional or reduced requirements of the City.
