The Project Generally Consists of Furnishing All Materials, Equipment, Supplies, Labor, Management, Supervision and Transportation, Including Fuel, in Order to Clean Anaerobic Digesters, Remove and Dewater Sludge, Transport and Dispose of the Removed Materials Away From the Cullman Wastewater Treatment Plant. The Owner Requires the Project to Be Complete in 45 Calendar Days From the Date That the Contract Times Commence to Run as Indicated on the Notice to Proceed. In Order to Bid on the Project, the Bidder Shall Possess a Valid General Contractor's License for Work in the State of Alabama. The Contractor's License Number Shall Be Clearly Indicated on the Outside of Sealed Bid Envelopes. Bidder and Its Subcontractors Shall Comply With All Applicable Licensing Requirements of the Code Of Alabama, Federal and Local Laws or Regulations. A Cashier's Check or Bid Bond Payable to the Owner in an Amount Not Less Than Five (5) Percent of the Amount Of the Bid, Not to Exceed $10,000, Must Accompany the Bidder's Proposal. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish the Additional Bond(S) and Evidence of Insurance as Prescribed in the Bidding Documents.
