Pequea Township will receive bids for the Radcliff Road Bridge Removal and Stream Channel Restoration Project. Demolition of Eighteen (18) Existing 30" Reinforced Concrete Pipes and Stream Restoration. Project location: Radcliff Road. This project shall include furnishing all labor, equipment, material, and appurtenances to complete all work in accordance with the Contract Documents. The work will include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following, as identically numbered in the UNIT PRICE SCHEDULE: 1. Mobilization and Demobilization (1 LS) 2. Traffic Control (1 LS) 3. Bridge Demolition (1 LS) 4. Stream Channel Restoration Material and Labor (300 SY Material) 5. Stream Channel Restoration Material in Excess of 300 SY (SY) 6. Stream Diversion including but not limited to cofferdam (1 LS) 7. Temporary Erosion and Sediment Control including but not limited to, Pump, Pumped Water Filter Bag, Filter Sock (1 LS) 8. Grading, Seeding, Mulching, and Final Restoration of Disturbed Areas (1 LS) A certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid shall be required. Bonds are to be issued by a surety licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Bids shall remain open for a period of 60 days from the date of Bid opening. Bids may not be withdrawn during this period. All Bidders must bid on all items listed on the Bid Form. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish performance and payment bonds in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price.
