Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Palatine, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
The successful bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations pertaining to equal employment and payment of prevailing wages. THE BIDDER MUST BE AN ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH PREQUALIFIED CONTRACTOR. For further information please visit our website The Palatine Park District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and reserves the right to accept only portions of a proposal and reject the remainder Questions regarding this project should be addressed to: Chris Cronkhite Superintendent of Trades at 847-496-6297 Contractor will remove and dispose of the existing Raypak Raytherm pool heating unit (P4001) and associated equipment with all dedicated plumbing and electrical connections that are not required for the new unit. Any such connections that are not required for the new heater are to be terminated inside the pool building at the point designated by the Owner. All materials are to be disposed of in a legal manor A. Provide all labor and materials necessary for replacing the Birchwood Pool boiler and all required parts and materials. The above will be completed with all equipment as indicated in these specifications and shall be in accordance with State and Local Codes.
