Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Spencer, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

**The Town has selected to negotiate a lease with AT&T.** Questions will be accepted after 11:00 AM on July 21, 2025. The Town of Spencer seeks to award a lease for a portion of the property described as Assessors Map U15 Parcel 1 and located at the street address of 17 Lake Street / 42 Highland Street, Spencer MA. The total parcel consists of approximately 22.4 acres, a portion of which will be dedicated to and leased for the purpose of the siting and construction of a new telecommunications facility, and the operations of this facility to support wireless communications activities. The Town of Spencer reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals, waive any informalities in the Proposals, and to accept the Proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
