Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Garland, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; for the construction of a 35,383-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.
The new Network Operations Center (NOC) will be a state-of-the-art facility designed with advanced energy-efficient technologies to optimize functionality and sustainability. It will serve multiple purposes, including housing district technology operations, providing office space, and hosting conferencing areas. The building's design incorporates 250 mph wind-resistant construction and redundant utility support, ensuring continuity during emergencies. In addition, the site will feature sustainable landscaping with drought-tolerant plants and a smart irrigation system, along with stormwater management solutions to comply with local regulations.
