Description

Demolition, site work, asbestos abatement and addition to a power facility in Placentia, California. Completed plans call for the addition of a power facility; for the demolition of a power facility; for site work for a power facility; and for asbestos abatement for a power facility.

The structure is approximately 1,741 square feet. The project involves the pre-demolition abatement of hazardous materials as directed by SCAQMD. Based on the direction of SCAQMD, rooms that have not been detected with asbestos or hazardous materials, contractor shall remove all plans, file boxes and cabinets and relocate the items to a city owned facility within the City. Once this is complete, contractor shall demolish the entire structure located at the property, including the removal and disposal of all files, plans, filing cabinets, furniture and fixtures, storage shelves, office equipment inside of the building, building debris, removal of concrete walkway, landscape, approximately twelve (12) trees, weeds, plants (including bird-of-paradise and agave plants) shrubs, river rocks, and fine grading of the remaining lot.
