Renovation of a municipal facility in Metamora, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Bid Packages Included: BP 01- Provide new asphalt shingle roofing BP 02- Provide new standing seam metal roof BP 03- Install metal roofing with existing materials Bidders must submit all questions in writing to Chris Tyra at chris@midconpro.com or Jackson Tyra jackson@midconpro.com. Replies will be issued to all bidders of record in the form of an Addendum. All bids must be accompanied with bid security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or a cashier's check made payable to Woodford County Animal Control in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount. The bidder shall, provide a Payment and Performance Bond, with a Surety to be approved by the district, in the amount of 100% of the cost of the contract. Woodford County Animal Control reserves the right to reject any and all bids or any part thereof, to waive any informalities, errors of irregularity in bids received or in the bidding process, and to accept the bid that the Woodford County deems the most favorable to its interest. The Woodford County Animal Control will award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder that meets the criteria as established in the bid documents.
