Reference Number 0000390311 Bid Intent Not Available The City of Westminster, hereinafter referred to as the City, is inviting qualified contractors to submit bids for the construction of the Westminster Blvd Raw Water Pipeline Extension Project. This IFB outlines the scope of work, requirements, and conditions for bidding. The successful Bidder, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, will enter into a contract with the City for the completion of the work outlined herein. The project includes furnishing, delivering, constructing, installing, connecting, and hydrostatically testing approximately 11,000 linear feet (2.1 miles) of 36-inch fully welded steel waterline including all appurtenances and connections for raw water conveyance to the New Drinking Water Facility. The project will include connections to the existing 42-inch steel and 36-inch PCCP Standley Lake Pipelines, open cut installation, and trenchless installations under BNSF railroad and US-36. An add alternate of trenchless installation under Westminster Blvd is also included.
