Work under this contract shall consist of furnishing all labor, access to the work, materials, and equipment necessary to perform exterior and interior renovations listed below. Follow this specification, BIA, NCA requirements, all building codes and regulatory requirements. If a conflict is found within the contract documents, the most stringent requirement shall apply. Install all items as identified and appropriate. The work will include, but not necessarily be limited to the following: a. Wall and concrete slab repairs b. Painting c. Basement wall waterproofing d. Connection of downspout drains to storm sewer e. Site drainage, including revisions to the storm lines on site f. Asphalt replacement where needed at adjusted grades g. Concrete sidewalk replacement where needed at adjust grades h. Concrete porch / stair replacement i. Grading j. Excavation and export k. Grass seeding 1.4 WORK SEQUENCE A. Work shall proceed in a continuous and orderly manner. B. The Contractor shall strive to minimize disruption to the building operations and occupancy during construction. C. All work shall be made usable for the tenant at the end of each work day with no exceptions.
