The work to be bid on is as follows: Materials for approximately 8,400 linear feet of 6 water main including connections, and all associated appurtenances. The allotted time for delivery of materials in calendar days shall be noted by the supplier as a part of the bid form . Bidders that do not, will have their bid rejected. No bid may be withdrawn within 60 days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids. The prospective bidder must have an active SAM UEI( Unique Entity ID) to be awarded this contract and that without an active SAM UEI the bidder's proposal may be disallowed. The Cumberland Utility District hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, sex, or national origin in consideration for an award.
