Renovation of a multi-residential development in Birmingham, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
CONTRACTOR agrees to Completely tear off all existing shingles Perform deck inspection Bid should include anticipation of replacing up to 3 sheets of decking on each building Install synthetic felt underlaying or equivalent Install architectural shingles to match existing roofs (calculated at approximately 40-45 squares for each roof) Change out old drip edge and install new drip edge Properly seal and caulk existing flashing and roof penetrations All debris removed and taken off EHA property reroofing at our Forest Hills complex which has 25 buildings - most are duplexes. Contractor will perform deck inspection, completely tear off all existing shingles, install synthetic felt underlaying or equivalent, install architectural shingles, replace existing drip edge, properly seal all roof penetrations and remove all debris. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The estimated budget is $250,000 - $300,000
