Services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary for the construction of two new full power jet blast deflectors, sized to accommodate full engine run-ups for the KC-135 aircraft. The project will include but not be limited to the construction of new concrete paving systems, the relocation of existing flight line security lighting pole, and the relocation of flight line fuel system emergency shutoff controls. The contract duration is 210 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. This project is set aside 100% for Small Business.
