Questions Due Date: Jun 25th 2025, 3:00 PM EDT No pre-bid conference will be held for this project. It is the contractor's responsibility to visit the site. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The following wage rate requirements are applicable to this contract: Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Bidder must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, religion, color, handicap, national origin, age or sex. Bids will remain subject to acceptance for the period of 90 days, but Owner may, in its sole discretion, release any Bid and return the Bid security prior to the end of this period.
