Sealed bids are requested for the supply of the following materials to be picked up FOB plant: 500 tons each (more or less) of PA DOT approved #8, #57, and #67 stone; 500 tons #8 with 1.0% loss by wash; 500 tons (more or less) Binder 19.0 mm, PG-64-22, Binder 0.0 to 0.3 million ESAL's; 2,500 tons (more or less) 9.5mm, PG-64-22, wearing, 0.0 to 0.3 million ESAL's, SRL-M; 3,000 tons (more or less) #2RC material; 5,000 tons 2A stone; 3,000 gallons E3M Emulsion oil (CRS-2) No Polymer; 2,000 gallons PAT Tack Coat; 700 tons Cold Patch state approved; 1,000 tons Gabion stone; 20,000 lbs. ASTM 6690 Type 2 Rubberized crack seal; 600 tons #3 stone. The materials are to be bid and picked up at the convenience of the Road Master. Proposals must be on supplied forms and a standard per mile rate will be added to each bid to determine the low total cost. Bidders must include a certified check or bid bond for 10% of the bid and the successful bidder will need to post a 50% performance bond within 20 days of contract award. The Supervisors reserve the right to reject any or all bids. Sealed envelopes must be labeled “Bid for FOB Material.”
