20,000 lbs. ASTM 6690 Type 2 Rubberized crack seal to be bid FOB plant and picked up at the convenience of the Road master. Contract Pub 408/latest edition applies. A standard per mile rate will be added to each bid to determine the low bid on a total cost basis. Bidders must provide a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, payable to the Municipality. The successful bidder must post a 50% performance bond within 20 days of the award, based on the total amount of the award. The Supervisors reserve the right to reject any or all bids. Sealed envelopes must be labeled “Bid for FOB Material.”
