Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Chula Vista, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; library; and library.
Demolition of existing plaster and CMU veneer below 9' from finish floor of the existing building. Additional plaster replacement around the central skylight of the Library building as indicated on plans. Replacement of all windows below 9' of the building. New work at the Library is to be protected in place. New site paving as indicated on plans as well as providing a sloped concrete cap around all exterior columns. Bid Bond Yes All Prospective Bidders/respondents Are Hereby Cautioned Not to Contact Any Member of the Sweetwater Union High School District Staff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person. M/WBE's are encouraged to participate in the bid process.
