The ADA Pedestrian Curb Ramps Programs FY2021/2022 & FY2022/2023 (STL0454 & STL0461) includes the construction of 15 curb ramps and 3 driveways, summarized in Table A-1 (see Appendix A). The scope of this project also includes traffic control, protection and restoration of existing improvements, and removal and restoration of existing improvements. All labor, material, equipment, and transportation necessary for the project shall be included for all construction bid items listed for this project. The items are to be constructed, finished, and installed in a complete and satisfactory manner in accordance with the Project Drawing No. 24001, Sheets 01 thru 08, and these Special Provisions - Technical. In addition, the City reserves the right to append additional ramp locations to the contract, summarized in Table A-1 (see Appendix A), should the need arise as the result of an emergency or additional funding becoming available.
