Site work and paving for a road / highway in Dayton, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The length of the project includes 87+/- miles of centerline and edge line, along with other various pavement markings. The work for which bids are invited consists of the retracing of existing pavement markings with ODOT Item 642 Traffic Paint at various locations. The Townships intend and require that this project be completed by November 1, 2025 The Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids; to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding process; and to enter into a contract with the bidder whom, in its opinion, offers the lowest responsive and responsible bid. The combined cost estimate for the Work for the Township and the Additional Townships is $246,100. The estimated cost for each of the Townships Work is as follows: 1. Washington Township: $99,583 2. Butler Township: $51,670 3. Harrison Township: $52,520 4. Miami Township: $42,327 If a Bidder contemplating submitting a Bid for the proposed Project is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the Contract Documents, it may submit a written request for an interpretation thereof to Tim Franck, Township Public Works Director tim.franck@washingtontwp.org in writing on the form included with the Contract Documents
