Scope of Work The selected vendor will be responsible for the following tasks: o Trash Collection: Provide regular trash collection services at the following district locations: o Earle High School o Earle Elementary School o District Administration Offices o Other district-owned buildings as specified by the Director of Operations, Albert Coleman. o Waste Disposal: Transport and dispose of all collected waste in accordance with state and federal regulations. o Containers: Provide waste containers (dumpsters) of appropriate size at each site. Regular maintenance and cleaning of these containers will be required. o Collection Frequency: o The district anticipates needing trash pick-up services twice per week, though this may be subject to change based on actual waste output and specific needs at each location. o Special Waste: Removal of any special waste or large items (e.g., furniture, appliances, etc.) on an as-needed basis, with prior approval from the district. o Compliance: The vendor must comply with all relevant local, state, and federal environmental regulations, including recycling laws and hazardous waste disposal protocols. Contract Term The contract term will be for one (1) year, with the possibility of extending for up to two (2) additional years based on performance and mutual agreement.
