Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in New Lenox, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The proposed improvements consist of hot mix asphalt surface removal, hot mix asphalt resurfacing, curb and gutter removal and replacement, sidewalk removal and replacement, driveway removal and replacement, curb shotcrete and other incidental and miscellaneous items of work on approximately 5.57 miles of various Village streets. A current IDOT Certificate of Eligibility must be presented to obtain proposal forms. The Village of New Lenox reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive technicalities in the bidding.
