Site work for a water / sewer project in New Lenox, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project generally consists of the construction of a 1.0 MG elevated water tank fabrication, erection, painting and foundation, water main piping, valves, pressure connections, excavation and earthwork, pavement and sidewalk, site fencing, lighting, standby generator, electrical panels and instrumentation, natural gas and electrical service, erosion controls and restoration, and all other related appurtenances and accessories necessary to complete the Work as shown on the Drawings. Contractors must purchase bid documents and be shown on the Bidder's Planholder List in order to bid. Bids received from contractors who are not in the Bidder's Planholder List may be rejected. Question Deadline 03/20/2026 Questions regarding documents, discrepancies, omissions, or intent of the Specifications or Drawings shall be submitted in writing to Owner at least ten (10) days prior to opening of Bids.
