Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in New Lenox, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The scope of work includes providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and all other services necessary to complete the replacement of clay drain tile work as indicated in the Bid Documents. Instructions to bidders include submitting sealed bids labeled "Bristol Land Drainage Mitigation" to the specified address by the deadline. Each bid must be accompanied by a Certified or Cashier's Check or a Bid Bond equal to Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid amount, and bidders must submit proof of insurance. Failure to provide a Bid Bond or proof of insurance will result in the bid being considered incomplete and rejected. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and Material Bond (if applicable) for the total contract prior to commencement. Bids may not be withdrawn without written consent. The Park District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, reject nonconforming or conditional bids, waive irregularities, or accept the bid that best serves its interests.
