Sealed proposals will be received for the 2026 MFT resurfacing project, Contract Section 26-00000-01-GM. The proposed improvements consist of hot mix asphalt surface removal, hot mix asphalt resurfacing, curb and gutter removal and replacement, sidewalk removal and replacement, driveway removal and replacement, curb shotcrete, and other incidental and miscellaneous items of work on approximately 6.7 miles of various Village streets. A current IDOT Certificate of Eligibility must be presented to obtain proposal forms. The Village reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive technicalities in the bidding. Proposals must be delivered to the Office of the Civil Engineer; electronically transmitted proposals will not be accepted.
