1. General: A. The basic services to be provided under this Agreement are Professional Construction Management services necessary for, and incident to: 1) Large Capital Projects 2) Small Capital Projects Program, Project Series: 650261-100300, multiple contracts from ongoing program. 3) HVAC/Roofing/ Building Envelop Program, Project Series: 650XXX-100000, multiple contracts from ongoing program. 4) Additional construction contracts to be added by contract modification. The proposal requests for future large contracts (modifications) will be requested by the City Project Managers (PMs). These modifications will require legislations and dedicated Purchase Order (PO) numbers. The PCM services for each construction contract shall commence only after the City issues a written Notice to Proceed to the PCM for that construction contract. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
