Renovation of a power facility in Columbus, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a power facility.
This project involves removal and replacement of two, existing exhaust fans with one, new exhaust fan and related electrical work. Plumbing and electrical work will be required for the new Makeup Air Unit that will serve the vehicle storage area. A new louver and ductwork will be installed in support of the Makeup Air Unit. A new gas detection system will be added. Controls work for systems listed above will be required, and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract, as set forth in this Invitation For Bid (IFB). Question Deadline 07/21/2025 Questions pertaining to the drawings, plans,specifications, IFB, and/or other contract documents must be submitted in writing to the Department of Public Service, Office of Support Services, by email to capitalprojects@columbus.gov All questions concerning this project are to be sent to capitalprojects@columbus.gov. The last day to submit questions will be specified in the IFB; phone calls will not be accepted. Responses will be posted on electronically. Bond Percentage 10.00%
