The Abatement Contractor (Ac)will Furnish All Labor, Supervision,materials, Services, Insurance,equipment, Electricity, Lighting,and Emergency Lighting, Andwater Necessary for the Total Removal of the Areas of Acm Summarized in Table 1.0 (See Fullscope of Work at the Site Has No Power and Nowater. Should Additional Acm Orsuspect Be Encountered, Thesematerials Should Be Reported Tothe Owner. It Should Be Noted That the General Location, Description of Material, and Neshap Classification of The Identified Acm Were Provided in Snyder Environmental' S Asbestos Inspection Report From2015. The Identified Materialshave Been Exposed to Environmental Conditions and Vandalism That Could Have Impacted the Neshap Classification in the Provided Report. In Addition, Pipeinsulation Has Been Removed From Water Lines Throughout the Westwing and is Located on the Floor Inmultiple Locations. Removal Ofracm Impacted Debris Must Beincluded in the Abatement Activities. The Estimated Quantity Provided in the Above Table is Anestimate Based on the Approximate Square Footage of Impactedareas. These Quantities Are for Informational Purposes Only and Arebased on the Best Informationavailable at the Time of The Specification Preparation. The Ac Shall Satisfy Themselves as to the Actual Quantities to Be Abated. Additional Quantities of Acm Above Currentestimates, if Removed, Will Bedone So Only With Approval Fromthe Owner. The Ac is Responsiblefor Actual Quantities for Their Notifications. Nothing in This Sectionmay Be Interpreted as Limiting the Extent of the Work That May Otherwise Be Required by the Contract Documents.
