Description

Renovation of a water / sewer project in Church Hill, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The work included under these specifications and the accompanying drawings consists of providing all items, articles, materials, operation, or methods listed, mentioned, or scheduled on the drawings and/or herein including all labor, materials, equipment, services, and incidentals necessary for their completion. The intent of this contract is to provide the materials, installation, training and setup for a complete new computer control system at the Church Hill WWTP. Work includes replacing two Autocon control systems with a new Allen Bradley Compactlogix PLC system, or equal, as detailed in Section 16100 of these technical specifications to fit the waster water treatment plant site as shown on the drawings. There is no Pre-Bid Conference scheduled. The allotted time for construction is 90 Calendar Days. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the submittal thereof. The OWNER reserves the right to waiver any informalities or reject all bids.
