Site work and paving for a civil project in Church Hill, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
As of November 10, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The Project includes the following Work: Replacement of an existing 8" waterline with a 12" waterline (approximately 6,200) along 11W and Burlington Road including two (2) creek crossings, three (3) bore & jack roadway crossings, and all associated appurtenances. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Transmission Waterline Replacement. Substantial completion 240 days from date of Notice to Proceed; Final completion 270 days from date of Notice to Proceed. Docs notes : Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office either via in-person pick-up or via mail, upon Issuing Offices receipt of payment for the Bidding Documents. The non-refundable cost of printed Bidding Documents is $200.00 per set, payable to Mattern & Craig plus a non-refundable shipping charge. Obtaining the Bidding Documents Bidding Documents may be downloaded from a designated project web link.
