Reference Number 0000296092 Question Deadline 06/27/2025 at 2:30 PM ET Questions regarding this Request for Proposal may be submitted via email only on or before and must be directed to: Tim Farley, Food Services and Project Manager Request for Proposal for Installation of Boiler and Domestic Hot Water Storage Tanks Scope of work included (but not limited to) the following: Removal of old boiler, disposal off Renison's site Supply new boiler, storage tanks, and mixing valve (Specifications provided) Ideally, new boiler, storage tanks and mixing valve will be installed in the same location. If required, modification to the platform for boiler may be allowable for secure and safe installation. Obtain and posting (if applicable) of all necessary permits. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures related to this work (Details can be found under Bid Requirements section above) Experience and qualified technician to be on site always during install. Following the installation and testing, training will be provided to appropriate RUC staff on the operation and the maintenance of the boiler system. Proper commissioning and testing of newly installed boiler. Bidders are to confirm their understanding of the Scope of Work and clearly define how they would go about achieving same, noting the sequence and timing of all project phases.
