The work covered by this Scope of Work (SOW) consists of furnishing all construction services, labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, lifts, licenses and permits required to remodel Bldg 23 to a transient company headquarters and classroom space that will double as an All Ranks Club at the Camp Ashland Training Site, Ashland, NE. Project to include: Repaint building exterior to match new facilities and interior painting. Selectively demolish and install interior walls and doors to break area up into a Transient Company HQ (2 offices, open admin area/conference space, and a supply area). Classroom/All Ranks club with a large open area with durable floor surface, equipped with a two-compartment sink, counter-top with cabinets, areas for multiple large TV Displays. Outlets for Refrigerator, ice maker, and vending. Maintaining latrine access for both areas. Modification of ceiling lighting. Add exterior door and privacy fencing for outside gathering area.
