The work covered by this Scope of Work (SOW) consists of furnishing all construction services, labor, equipment, tools, materials, travel, lifts, licenses and permits required to complete the project. The base bid shall consist of excavation of 24,755 CY from the existing pond, embankment of 24,755 CY of fill (as site grading, spoils, and (2) obstacle course berms), placing 6,395 CY of imported topsoil, 500 SY of 6" reinforced concrete spillway structure, installing 290 tons of riprap, installing 1,660 SY of erosion control blanket, removal, salvaging, and installation of riprap to construct a plunge pool, installation of 421 SY of geotextile filter fabric, 11.7 acres of seeding, fertilizer, and mulch, installing 3,958 LF of straw wattles, installing 2,590 LF of silt fence, installing 53 LF of 15" HOPE storm sewer with metal flared end section (FES), and site restoration of topsoil borrow location.
