The Work covered under this contract consists of the construction of the landscape scope of work at the Pelican High Peak Youth Healing Lodge as owned and operated by Ka-Na-Chi-Hih, located at 70 Wellington Street in Sioux Lookout, Ontario. The description of the project includes but is not limited to the following: Selective demolition of existing site features. Entrance canopy structure. Firepit structure. Tipi feature structure. New exterior lighting. New asphalt driveway and parking lot. New concrete sidewalks, stairs, curbs, and concrete entrance pads. Miscellaneous site works including soft landscaping elements and planting. Hard landscaping elements including retaining walls.
