The City of Monument is requesting proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide final design and construction phase services for their Community Development Block Grant funded project for the municipal treated and untreated water system. The primary project element is the construction of a new, 100,000- gallon above-ground water reservoir to be located on the City's existing site for water utility infrastructure. This work will include technical assistance with planning, design, bidding, and construction management needed to construct the new water tank. At this time, the City has received ample funding for Final Design but still needs to grant-write and fundraise for some of the construction funding. The City of Monument reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, and has the right, at its sole discretion, to accept the proposal it considers most favourable to the City's interest and the right to waive minor irregularities in procedures.
