Project Description: The City of Bend requests proposals for the design of the development for the Bond and Market Roundabout Project, Project No. 1TBRB. This intersection has been identified in the City's community-driven Transportation System Plan (TSP), as needing intersection improvements relating to traffic-flow and safety.
